OmegaXL Review
Joint discomfort, aging, and arthritis are all aches and pains that don’t have to be something you just deal with. Twinges and shooting pains throughout your body aren’t necessarily permanent problems. Supplements for joints, like OmegaXL, are designed to alleviate pain and promote better health to help you get up and running. The source of strength behind OmegaXL, if you haven’t guessed, is omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids are essential for good health and have long been used to help reduce cardiovascular problems; but they are equally beneficial for treating joint conditions.
Pros
Omega-3 fatty acids have really strong evidence for helping heart disease, but there are still plenty of studies that show these essential fatty acids work great for joint health. Omega-3 fatty acids reduce inflammation, which helps reduce friction and joint discomfort. OmegaXL uses omega-3 fatty acids from New Zealand green lipped mussels because they provide a rich source of DHA and EPA. There is evidence that reports omega-3’s have the power to reduce joint stiffness and pain as well as increase grip strength and walking pace for people with osteoarthritis.
Cons
There aren’t very many negative things attributed to omega-3 fatty acids. These fatty acids work wonders for the body in all kinds of ways like cholesterol, blood pressure and arthritis. However, OmegaXL treats the symptoms of arthritis. OmegaXL does not prevent joint damage or slow down the progression of arthritis; this supplement primarily reduces pain.
Conclusion
OmegaXL offers a great way to reduce inflammation and joint pain. Improvement should be seen in several weeks. However, OmegaXL is not a treatment for chronic cases and cannot prevent further joint damage. Some alternative supplements propose a way to lubricate the joints and help build cartilage to promote healthy joints, but OmegaXL cannot.
